Giada Panini

If you’ve ever watched the Food Network then you’ve probably heard of Giada De Laurentiis.  She’s always making fantastic Italian recipes on several different shows.  I like the show called Everyday Italian the best and here’s a great dessert panini recipe from that show.

The only thing that I’d like to add to this recipe is one small tip.  Do you see how she placed the pound cake slices in the panini grill nice and straight?  Well if she placed them in there diagonally then I think the grill marks would look a lot more interesting.  Just a small nitpick and definitely something that I don’t always have time to do myself.  But if you are serving these to guests, then you might want to go the extra mile.
